Good morning! My name is Adam Vargas, and I live in Brazil! I would first like to congratulate you on your excellent work! It is rare that you see such a well-designed project! I would like to request, if possible, the design of the plates, the transmitter and receiver, if you still have !!! Thank you!!! My email is, awfvargas@gmail.com
Wow Carl
Great mod you did there. Do you now were I can buy a system like that (receiver and transmitter) ?
Have a look at this video of the same box. Add / install LED running, brake and indicators to Givi motocycle top box ua-cam.com/video/Nl9DMMItrwc/v-deo.html Nice work by the way. Here is also a way you can get wireless into your top box ( you will need to cut into it to add the less to your top box). Helmet wireless LED MOD How to make it ua-cam.com/video/C4xtyP3jipg/v-deo.html
How hard is it to wire it to something
Sam I wish you had made a full review of how you did it .it would have been great
Great job though
Hi there is this something you have built your self the transmitter and reciver. Because there is nothing out there to help us thanks colin
Hi Colin, refer to my other video where I have included some notes and also the schematics. Hope this helps. ua-cam.com/video/kNuLyxDf5Ms/v-deo.html
Superb job - thanks for sharing
thanks
Hi everyone. Thanks for your comments, much appreciated. Apologies for not being able to reply to each comment individually. In general, most have been asking for details on how to do this using only two cables. I'm therefore posting the details in the main comments section. For those who commented on the quality of the video, please see my other recent video at ua-cam.com/video/IuaJyCiuby4/v-deo.html
NIce modification, but missing details. Did you use the standard add-more lighting kit? What did you do to wire the power connection to the bike?
Hi. Where do I get the transmitter and receiver?
Hi did you buy some original set or you make your own transmitter? Thanks
Hi John, this looks very neat. Would you be able to share the schematics?
Hi John, Very nice! You can send me photos or your drafts this mods, some detail of how to did it . romero.rj@gmail.com Best Regards,
Pokaż jak to zrobiłeś.
Hi John. That's really great, congrats!!!! I'm trying to figure it out someway to do the same, using only the kit connectors. Would you lead through? Or show me a material list or electric scheme?
ok very nice... where is the link where you show how to do it???
How con it be done with only a + and - in the top box
Hello very good. Could you tell us please how did you manage with only two contacts? Elements that you used? Thank you. Regards.
good race. Well done
Hi John, That's a really good mod, well done. Any chance of making another video clip giving some detail as to how you did it all?
Hi Paul. Thanks for your message. I'll try to find some time to do that in the future.
Great, I'll look forward to it.
Good morning John I am from Portugal, got a V46 for my bike, I try to put solutions STOP light and change of direction. I found this post and your loved :) 10 stars. I found fantastic the possibility to enjoy the standard GIVI record, but I was with a big question: If the plug is 2 connectors for the STOP, how did you connect the turn signals? I do not have great experience in electronic unfortunately :( Could you send me a hand or the plan of this system so I could do the same, he did not care, of course. My email is ricardo.fandrade73@gmail.com Not wanting to abuse, what your email is, so I can clarify any questions if desirable? Thank you With my best regards, Ricardo Andrade
Not fluent in electronics unfortunately :)
Which encoder decoders did you use?
it's an encoder chip and RF transmitter at the bike, and a decoder chip and RF receiver inside the GIVI box
+John Sammut Do you happen to have schematics, or a list of parts you used? I'm interested in building something similar, but pre-assembled kits are damn overpriced.
+CerbrusNL Hi Did you have any luck getting a schematic for this?
BeauNidle1 Nope, No luck. I decided not to over-complicate it, and just use a 4-pole cable with some plugs that you can easily (de-) couple, which works great :-)
Amazing job
Thank you.
same question with Voyoknz
Real good, can You maybe help me as to what materials do I need and how to run all that thru only 2 wires.I own multistrada 2005. thanks!
Hello Simon. Unfortunately I don't have time to assemble and sell a kit. But if you're fluent in building electronic boards I will try to assist.
That's fully awesome. Better than all the other kits I've seen. Any chance you'd be willing to sell all the necessary parts?

Hi John you say that you have used a encoder and decoder on a 2 wire system, please could you give me the plans of this system so I could do the same. What is your email, so we can talk.
Using an enoder and a decoder....
Hi. How did you make so many signals with only 2 wires?
