This might have been a good tutorial, but the camera work was horrible. It constantly bounced which made the image bounce and I got so motion sick I couldn't watch it. I really hope that you've gotten way better since you filmed this three years ago.

Never buy Bozlin transfer gel. The foil never stuck. Even with or without the inhibition layer. Could not for the life of me get any foils to stick and i have dozens of different nail foils. Edit: Even after letting the gel cool. Cured for 30sec or 1mins. Still nothing worked so please be advised.

Funny question, does this work similar to the foil flake sheets? I own a shoe repair and have been using foils to fix metallic vinyls. Was wondering if this would work the same?

Why does nail tech take so long and talk let's get to the point😢

Just an additional note on the stamping gel incase you didn't know. You can also continue to stamp on nails using the image that remains on the stamper. And also you can also pick up the image multiple times from the plate using the stamper, once there is also still polish on the plate. I do agree with you though on the streaks being slightly annoying. But I like the fact that I can take as long as I want to scrap the streaks off the plate before I transfer it to the stamp. And I can also take my time to then transfer that to the nail. I'm not a very quick person when it comes to nail art so I was able to master using the gel stamping polishes alot faster than the regular stamping polish.

Mine didn't want to stick and was sliding, nothing transferred. 😢 I've tried wiping the gel and then apply foil glue, nothing. Tried to cure the glue then apply foil, nothing. I am super frustrated

Wow the gdcoco is definitely better in quality, it's the only chrome gel that resembles a mirror chrome powder!

I did a video on the Madam Glam compared to a cheap Amazon brand last year. At first I liked it as chrome paint is such a good idea, but honestly, I'm really frustrated and annoyed with the Madam Glam after using it for about 8 months now. It, like their other gel paints, does not cure properly unless you do very tiny, thin details or a very thin coat of it. Dotting? Forget it, it won't cure through, even in my Kiara Sky professional lamp. It also cannot be worn without top coat as the chrome dulls and rubs off with hand washing. I've done numerous experiments with it- including on clients who allowed me to try it on them. It does not stay chrome. If you top coat, of course, all of these chrome paints dull- ALL of them. When I contacted Madam Glam about these issues (particularly the not curing and the chrome rubbing off even though it's "no wipe), twice, they claimed they "had never heard anyone complain of these issues" despite the fact that on IG, I've seen many people make several public complaints of the same thing. This stuff isn't cheap! So I give up and I've gone back to the good old messy chrome powders. 😉

I wanted to do silver chrome french mani last year for New Years Eve but it was hard to get a crisp outline with chrome powder. I am definitkeymgoing to purchase this. Ive seen some gorgrous nail trend of milky white nails with with stark white tips. Can this be done with gel colour (we call it shellac here in Toronto). Is there such thing a a translucent white gel colour. I have some nail polishes with are sheer white but gel polish tends to be more opauqe. I wish I could show you what I mean from some pinterst photots I saved because I cant tell if they have long acrylics and have used a translucent white regular polish and then airbrushed the white tips or used a stark white nail polish for the tips. Or even if they used a milky white polygel for the base. I myself have fairly long long nails and only use shellac and would love to try this style out but dont know what to ask for. Anyways, I would be eternally greatful if you could do a video on that trend. New sub!!
