Hi, i recently shifted back to delhi because of this rain, i use to live on VIP road which is one of the peak and posh and most developed areas of zirakpur. From past 8 year out of 10 years i use to face little bit of waterlogging problem l, which was not manageable at all but still i managed, u wont believe in 2022 my house was drowned and water leveels were till knees, it was horror for my family as i had to evacuate my home at middle 3 am with just one teeshirt, my parents are old my niece was 1 year old at that time, i lost everything in that year but then i finally planned to go back to delhi and settled there as i did everything to stop water coming into my house.
Real estate and politics is the dirty game of the dirtiest people, each and every activity /trick of them leads to selfish attitude towards personal achievement.

Everyone wants to get/grab everything selfishly without doing anything creative, productive and socialable. What can we expect from such real estate developers and such on..... greedy path followers?
There are 2 types of mohali, One is the GMADA sector and the other is GMADA approved sector. GMADA approved sector is risky investment as they are being developed by private builders, there reputation is bad. GMADA sector is govt developed and is secure investment. Lastly there is third typw, called mohali, balongi, kumbra, sohana but they are hazard developement and come under gram panchayat which doesn't have building bylaws.
In vip road it’s mess next level. U don’t find a single traffic police for thousands of cars . It can be managed very well . Nobody is interested.
there no jobs in cities like zirakpur and the traffic is worse the property prices are intentionally inflated because of back money dont but flats in tricity
In Zirakpur societies provide better life style.
Gharuan Master Plan Punjab Government Plan kar rahi hai.. this development will shape area better way as comparable to Zirakpur. I heard TATA company is coming up with 5 star Hotel on Kharar Ludhiana road in future.

There is a reason why Zirakpur is refferred to as glorified slum. What do you think about New Chandigarh, seems it is on the same track.

Chandigarh is imotion true but mohali and even expanding panchkula is pure illusion for the people of punjab and himachal that has created by fantacy of second/retirement destination of the people of tricity of Delhi-noida-gurgaon. And I must tell you that ironically this fantacy is also turning out to be illusion. This is clearly evident from the fact that hardly 10,% occupancy in housing societies allotted as early as 2012. There are atleast 25 -30 such societies that I personaly know.
