I take it all back, the Honda Odyssey fucks HARD.

I loved this especially that they added new songs a straight remake with the same old songs is abit stale. That's what instantly got my attention, the new songs are a breath of fresh air along with the classics we know and love. A new younger cast helps too. They should do grease 3 now with the class of 2004. The original grease was about 1958 in 1978 and 2 about 1961 filmed in 1981. I'd like to see both the t birds and the pink ladies of today.

Loved Grease Live! So much respect to the entire cast for an amazing historical performance. This was the first live TV musical movie filmed in front of a live audience. Aaron Tveit, Julianne Hough and the entire cast rocked it. I’ve watched Grease Live several times for the great performances.

No one does it better than olivia and john. Although these young people did a spectacular job. I find a lot of these remakes of the originals are done very well.

This is from the live East Coast broadcast, which had corrupted stereo tracks that were nothing but static, which you can hear as static in this video. Her voice is on the center channel also, which is what you hear here. For the West Coast broadcast three hours later and for the rebroadcast a month later, they used the dress rehearsal performance, which looks and sounds almost identical but there were little differences in the video and of course her performance itself, but you would only know if you were comparing them side by side. By the time the DVD and Blu-ray came, out they restored the audio of this original live performance that was broadcast on the East Coast.

It's good but no one will ever be able to do what Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta did in the movie. The can't be compared. Also the song YTOTIW was written by Olivia's long time producer and songwriter John Farrar just for Olivia in the movie. He also wrote Hopelessly Devoted To You just for Olivia in the movie. The Broadway musically did not originally have either song nor the song Grease which was written by Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees.
