I hate this boss so much this cheese dosent even work 95% of the time

Works as of 11/25/24. It took an hour of trying but still works. I would recommend upgrading her to plus 10, which is pretty easy at this stage in the game, it makes phase 1 literally take 40 seconds. After phase 2 i struggled with him crawling over the ledge, I had to stand in a very different spot then shown, but the concept is still the same. Pretty good guide but theres some luck involved

He runs off cliff and towards me at all phases. I sit in the same spots u do but he double slams the archer and runs off the edge

After my fourth try i got it i was scared when he climbed the mountain with no legs but good thing he could not jump down

Oct 23 2024 he keeps breaking free at the second phase....I can't get it done! UPDATE: IT WORKED! The key was, to be on foot in the second phase and keep walking left and right so he follows. She could shoot him a few times while in range and then, he got stuck. THANK YOU for helping me, this guy was a huge issue haha

Thanks you SO much. Waiting for his head to peak out then going behind that tree is what made all the difference. I tried this 9 times already. And my summon is level one. So glad its over so i can suffer elsewhere lol Edit: i didnt do one step perfect. And still was able to do this "first try" waiting for him after jumping down

this boss is that bad that so many people are happy to use this cheese. It's sad, how this boss and a few others, really do take away from this game. I will definitely be using this cheese on my next playthrough. Thanks! I definitely don't want to fight him again

Still works October 2, 2024. Just notice, if you can’t get him stuck during second phase, don’t let him come too close to the edge of the mountain left side. Keep running right and left until you find the sweet spot 😂 Took me some tries. I also kept putting Latenna at a place where it eventually moved behind a tree. That was annoying to say the least!

thank you sm for this omg, this still works but definitely tricky in phase 2. you have to stand in a very specific point like u did on the vid so that he wont crawl down. (found out the hard way)

finally got it had some trouble on the second phase until i found out i had to be closer to the wall and get it just right on the corner

On just about my 7th playthrough. Using a mage build... Death's poker, ritual death spear and Darkmoon great sword as my armaments. Fire giant kept annihilating me and my sad crew. I was out of larval tears and about to give up. Came across your vid... Gave a good 4-5 tries and it worked! 😮‍💨🥹 AWESOME isn't awesome enough to describe how I feel right now. Thanks 🙇🏾‍♂️ PS: Latenna at +10 has vaporized more than her share of tough enemies and bosses during this play through. And she can take a lot of damage. Reminds me a lot of why I hate Liturgical Town and the surrounding area, but im glad she's on my team. We are NOT going to visit her sister lol
