Light as air white bread | cheaper than supermarket | Homemade bread

INGREDIENTS
●240g flour + ½ cup
●140g semolina
●18g milk powder
●6g salt (1.5 tsp)
●2 tsp instant yeast
●1 tbsp olive oil
●250g lukewarm water
●1 tbsp each poppy and sesame seeds for coating or other seeds if preferred
METHOD
Pour warm water and yeast inside, mixing bowl
set aside for 10 minutes
Add the 240g flour, milk powder, semolina, salt, and oil combine dough
Add the ½ cup of flour and honey, continue mixing until the dough is smooth and stretchy
Cover and let it proof for 1 hour or until double
Place formed dough into a loaf pan or one 9X5 loaf pan. (either line or grease the pan)
Let loaves proof (covered) until double. should take about 45 minutes to an hour.
Brush top of loaves with water and sprinkle sesame seeds over. Very gently press them on.
Place dough loaves into the oven and bake 175°C for 25-30 minutes
Let it cool and enjoy

👋🏽Hello,sorry for the mistake it is actually ½ cup of butter, I unfortunately made a mistake while editing my video...I've never made it with margerine but it would still come out tasty...maybe not as tasty as butter😋BUT it definitely would be tasty💕hope you enjoy them and thanks for making me aware of the mistake🤍
