I'm not a huge fan of Stitching with the Housewives either. I just feel like they're designs are pretty much repetitive. And I totally agree with you 100%, they should have chosen something non religious holiday to use for this retreat design. xx Michelle

Have fun in the college exploration trip! Glad you were able to resolve the most time sensitive things at work before your trip...imagine what it might have been like if you were traveling when the issue with that worker's production was discovered! Lovely stitching. I have Lila's Studio Nevermore on my wall and always look at it when you show yours. Once I got started on that one, I powered through to a finish to get it on my wall! I love your smalls that you are getting done this year. Safe and fun travels!

I'm so sorry about your bats, that's always so rough. Your Nevermore is looking fantastic however, it's so tiny and looks so great! I don't watch a ton of live streams but I have a heavy preference towards twitch, I just like the format better. (Though maybe I just need to try out UA-cam more 😅)

I don't mind watching streams on either platform. I've tried streaming on both and dont think I'm any good at any when i compare myself to established streamers. I like to edit my flosstubes to cut out all the rambling i do 😅 but I'd like to try more live too, practice makes perfect

all of the people i watched live stream on UA-cam have moved to livestreaming on twitch. Twitch is a lot more interactive, which can be overwhelming if not used to twitch. I will watch either way, is streamers preference.

Thanks for pushing on and providing us with a fun video visit. Really enjoying seeing all that you are stitching and your April plans. I fill out the Monthly Magazine Challenge sheet every month but am not disciplined about it...typically only one of my projects is from a magazine, and I readily abandon the plans if I'm really loving a particular project. I'm also doing the No Time Like the Present SAL and am a little behind but hoping to catch up in April (fell behind in February when I stitched the Evertote/MFE/Roxy Floss Co SALentine project and some of the smalls. Happy stitching!

Oh my goodness thank you for the shout out! That was really kind of you! I am adoring those inappropriate cats, the candy corn one is ridiculous 😂. I vote for stitching them together to frame. But if you’re not feeling doing something framed I would consider making small pillows/ornaments. All your stitching is looking incredible, can’t believe how much you’re getting done! Also I will be at the first weekend of stitch north too!!! Can’t wait to meet you there!

I love that you opted to leave the blue off the Can do attitude. That rainbow shines on it's own. Zelda games are expensive but man you get your moneys worth! My husband has been playing Tears of the Kingdom since he got it for Father's Day!

I enjoyed the new segment. I hope you continue to share. I just started reading Check & Mate by Ali Hazelwood. I really like her writing but I can't play chess to save my life so we'll see how it goes. I've been watching murder/whodunit shows lately such as Murder At The End of the World and Death and Other Details, both on Hulu.

Just finished reading Iron Flame, and now waiting to hear when book 3 of the series will be released! Stitching on the MFE 2024 SAL, the Fox and Rabbit 2024 SAL, Temperature Dragon (stitching the 1st year of my son's life...he's a dragon also so I can stitch that as fast as I want to...possibly for a birthday gift???), Stitch 4 Pride SAL, and a few other WIPs I am trying to get progress on this year...and whatever other things distract me! Happy stitching, watching, reading and playing!

We have much in common. I too love Dr Who. I am also stitching the Dragons A Field Guide. I am a Dragon (wood). I love gaming and find it challengin to split my time between crafting and gaming (especially since I like to pick big cross stitch projects-smh). I am currently reading Iron Flame (love dragons).
