Was the marbled look of the example achieved by the same technique of brushing on a gel coat? Except with multiple colors? What is the shelf life of the products and the lightfastness if the pigments? Thank you!
Yes, the marbled look was achieved by a similar brush-on technique along with using a L/S3 mix and our white and black pigments. You can find information regarding the shelf life of our L and S3 on our website FAQs: www.aquaresin.com/faqs In regards to the shelf life of the pigments, they can last for about 2 years but we recommend that you occasionally spray some water into the jar and mix to extend the shelf life. The lightfastness of all of our pigments is excellent, they all have a rating of I. We'll be releasing a video on our pigments next week!

Can I use this on top of plaster bandages?
Hello, Thank you for your comment. Yes, you can. But if you haven't applied the plaster bandages yet, it would be much stronger if you just used Aqua-Resin with one of our fiberglass products--no bandages.

This is an old video I am introduced to making dishes and candles. Are these safe for food and are they waterproof. If I want to seal it for eating what do you recommend. Thanks
Hello Delilah, Thank you for your comment, please see below for answers to your questions: Waterproof: Aqua-Resin is essentially waterproof but it is slightly porous, so sealing is recommended if the item will be in frequent contact with water. AFM Safecoat afmsafecoat.com/products/stains-sealers offers a variety of non-toxic sealers, including waterproof sealers, depending on the finish you're looking for. Food Safety: Aqua-Resin has not been tested by the FDA for food safety so we do recommend a food-safe sealer. Hi I know this is an old video but I have a few questions on this product. 1) where can I purchase 2) is it non- toxic 3) water proof? 4) will I be able to add color to the actual mixture and use it just like jesmonite?
1-Purchase on website, 2-yes, non toxic, 3- yes, waterproof, yes, use Aqua-Color, 4 yes, Aqua-Color. And yes sandable.

Good video. Is Aqua-Veil compatible with epoxy resin? Does it have styrene or some kind of stiffener like fiberglass mat?
