for the live recording as memory serves, RE20 --> one of the 1176 clones --> distressor w mid-band emphasis engaged --> console eq. Vari-mu and c2 were on the mix bus, so I'm sure that was tapping the vocal a little too. we also had a parallel thing on lead vocal going with a slight doubling effect via the eclipse, I think. For the ATMOS remix, a whole different thing, not the least of which was the vocal raining down from overhead speakers...cool on spatial headphone playback, amazing with actual overhead speakers. This is fantastic, y'all. It's inspiring to hear such a polished sound captured live with no additional mixing. I'm studying the shots for takeaways on mic and player placement, and will continue my own journey to capture real and profoundly beautiful music as honest as possible. Cheers.
