Infection Free Zone - Castle Series - Castell Coch, Wales
Sadly, when it comes to castles, this map is another bust, again the castle is too small to have a lot of walls and such, however resource wise the map itself isn't too bad.
There is what looks to be a prison nearby that has a lot of guns and riot gear.

I was checking out the Vukah Ceremony quest location and found a MASSIVE Vukah Brawler and wanted to get it on record me taking it out! It wasn't horribly hard, but I was mostly prepared too. I highly suggest getting your armor upgraded before taking this guy on!

It seems that you are expected to go Eastward, before you go Northward... While doing some exploring, I made it to the Ancient Spire of the Low Lands, this is just a quick video on how to get through it.

There had been a location that had been showing up as "???", so this video goes to investigate it, before I head to look for doggies and a saw mill blade. Turns out its called Grind Teeth Grotto and there's a Shroud Root there that needs to be destroyed.

The walled fortress area is small and only protects a small area to the south of the map, but there are a few other areas on the coast the could be decent starting locations and may be easily defensible. It is easy to get distracted and to get disoriented on this one, with multiple levels and caves to explore. I went right passed the right cave and started infiltrating a rather nasty cave with the glowing shrouded scavenger inside, before retracing my steps and finding the right cave!

It took me 19 cat food baits to get one kitty! The cats in this game truly live up to their moniker of "scaredy cats"! In the process I also upgraded my glider, but the main focus of this video was primarily on getting kitty cats and I managed to get one!

Arachnophobia warning, there be giant spiders ahead! In this video we push further North into Revelwood, climbing the Spire, exploring the Carpenter's Camp, and cleared two caves of giant spiders! If you want the spindle you HAVE to find a way to deal with spiders! A LOT of spiders!

Unless they've changed something, or you've modded your game, you don't get maps and need to use your compass to get everywhere. Start on the beach of the Food/Habitat/floating island... Leave a beacon there, Then travel about 500 meters North East and a little North. Or travel backwards looking at the island, Southwest as seen at 00:32

This is an awesome game. I've just tipped 500 hours. This is my first survival base building type game. I played Palworld for a minute, but this game is amazing. I hope you enjoy it!
I'm also a Palworld player and am looking for a more exciting game.

G'day mate, back again I have 4 more lol. First Map is a Tiny one. Map - Budva, when you load into map move 1 tile to left then 1 tile down for small walled area. Second Map is Massive. Map - Pingyao Ancient City ( click ok with pop up ). When you load into the map move 1 tile to the right, for a Massive walled area ( 90% of the map lol ). Third Map is Castle of Obidos. Start where you load in . Forth Map is Avila, start where you load in.

Dubrovnik map is another castle. It was where they filmed Game Of Thrones series. (another streamer from YT played on it btw)

So I got the game, it's awesome I must say. I said on my last comment to try Sydney or Melbourne Vic Barracks, don't bother there not good. However try Hong Kong it's worth it. Watching some of you're Castle series, has made me looking at Port City's as the style of play I'm after, due to the Ocean acting as a defensive barrier on one side and where I can Two sides. Thus focusing my defence with walls and towers on Two sides only, allowing a "Kill Zone".
Thanks for the info. If there is one thing I don't like about the game is that it doesn't have elevation differences, everything is flat. Otherwise, it is fun being able to choose almost any area around the world that is populated.
For some reason when I have multiple thermal power plants attached to one power transmitter only one thermal power plant gives power to the transmitter

G'day mate, While I haven't got the game as yet, you could look at Sydney or Melbourne, in Australia. Both have a Victoria Barracks within the Heart of each city's. I know this being an Ex Aussie Soldier. So, if those maps are available then they might be an option.

Thanks, there are a lot of castles and fortresses around the world, the challenge is finding ones that are in or near cities or towns.
I stand corrected, it's the "Conquest" missions I don't like in the assault mechs, because I am so slow :P

Yeah, I think on one of the recent OBS updates has tweaked my voice sensitivity settings or something.
Like I said, it took awhile to find the place. Without doing any other searching or looking anything up online, so it was a keen eye that I happened upon the right location.

How comes this game is getting such mixed reviews on Steam so far? Seems okay from what you're playing.
I tried playing it and encountered several bugs, a couple completely game breaking, and some iffy performance despite decent gear, and I'm not even halfway through chapter 1 yet. Still trying to solve this latest bug which so far is telling me to restart as it broke all of my save files. And I was doing well too 😖 I'd hate to restart
I hadn't seen any bugs while playing it but I guess that some are. It seemed relatively stable.

@@calknight You need to play Half Life 1. Start with Black Mesa then try Half Life 2. Man, it's really a great game.
If you are on the 2nd try, Green Hell sounds tougher than it looks.
It is tough, scraping your leg can kill you if you don't get it covered!
Getting parasites can cause you to lose nutrition faster.... There's rattle snakes.... Big Cats.... tribal wariors... Infections... skin worms... Yes, there is a lot that can kill you!

didn't find the antidote so this was probably the only part I missed in my most recent playthrough, so thanks for showing me what I missed out on
It was actually sort of a failure on my part, in that I had forgotten something at the Antidote location and went back to claim or fix it, hence showing the location of the cave at the end of the video.
@@calknight the thing is I was right next to the antidote stash but didn't have the spy pengling, so I just thought it was some ore vein and forgot about it afterwards
@@dariusfilip4695 Yeah, the thing to look for is that there's a little snow bridge in the spy pengling area with the antidote. You can see it if you look in at the right angle.
