Happy New Years to you, too. The figurines turned out very cute, and it's nice seeing your progress on the art pieces. As far as you saying your art style changed, I've noticed that with my art, too. Like I have my more original style which is slightly more cartoony and can include exaggeration, but I have a more realistic style like when I'm copying real images or people, so maybe you subconsciously separated the styles: like you have those pieces where your characters are showing more emotion, whether exaggerated or not, but you may separate that from the more still, fashion focused works so you don't take away from the attention you want the clothes to give? That's how I'm looking at it, at least.
Thank you lovely! Yes! You explained it perfectly. Even from looking off of references of real life people, I adore that I am studying the faces or poses to where I can remember subconsciously how anatomically it may look. And with that it won’t look too cartoony.
Funny enough, I’ve had my fashion design professor advise me to make the model “smize” for a fierce face and for the clothing to be the attraction. So I guess that stuck with me.😂 little things like that has taught me a lot about simplifying and embellishing. Especially with same face syndrome. Thank you so much for paying attention to that.💕
@@SheroniDeNae you're very welcome 😊 obviously your style is your style and if you want to still keep it cartoon like in a way it's up to you, I personally like to do my works like that so nothing is hyper-realistic because, to me at least that can be boring. It's not at all hard. When I was younger perhaps, but now I find it easy. Different patterns, can be tricky. However that's why I love UA-cam you can find tutorials for beginners. Thank you for watching!!♥
