Very interesting content. So, pity that I never have any lucid dreams and never have any sleep paralysis experiences. I would love somehow to be able to achieve an OBE state.

I sure as heck know the feeling of my soul snapping back into my body if I’m awakened in deep sleep. I also am aware flying, checking out the Solar System and seeing all manner of activity in the astral. We all do this as children but we “ forget” how as more mundane and challenging physical aspects of being here take over. We still do it but don’t easily recall. Unless…. We take this wise soul’s advice and work on it and ourselves. To awake ourselves in the physical state. That to me goes a long way in preventing ourselves to be conned into limiting and or negative beliefs. This should be taught in our education academies! It’s VITAL information!
