Any one try to cut off orange magnetic switch and just use an On/Off button from Amazon? 2red wires for On and Black & White wires for Off?

For the price "for mine waverider 700" set kost -+700e so performamce vise its not worth to change it if it runs..

grate video , I have my 20010 vx110 deluxe, does it pull without the shaft? cause the mechanic is trying to pull and say it is stuck with rust and he has to cut the shaft .. pls let me know and it will help me thk.

I bought a jetski without the key. The switch rotates with just a flat blade between the posts on the top switch. I have a parasitic drain so i have to disconnect the battery when not riding for a while. I would really like to know what the switch does. I learned from your video that the switch is supposed to be locked, which mine is not. I have to wonder what else it may not be doing, like not opening all the contacts? I don't have an owners manual and the service manual doesn't comment.

To break the pump apart, I took off the ride plate then got a small crowbar between the tabs on was able to pry and tap them apart.

This is a good video but in reality, if its the first time you're taking all that apart, its much more difficult because of the factory sealant they use at Yamaha...all i can say is get your hammer...🔨🔨🔨

hi can someone help me, I have a yamaha vx1100 from 2005, the bike does not exceed 25 mph, the sipa warning comes on and the engine runs out, the error code it gives me is 55, but I noticed that with the battery flat below 12 volts does not give an error as soon as it recharges above 12.3 volts, it reappears and goes into protections, someone can show me some possible solution to the problem

Do all VX110's come with a wear ring? I have not seen anything but stainless steel in my newer Yamaha's. I just picked up a 2007 VX Cruiser for kids and impeller looks beat. I ordered a new ADONIS 15/25 one, but didn't get tool or wear ring.
