You can use the tools mentioned in the video in most other crops, including trees as long as individual trees are somewhat clearly visible.

Amazing, can I use Solvi for recognizing and counting for natural vegetation diversity analysis such as orchid in a Meadowland?
The PlantAI tool can identify virtually any type of plant as long as you can somewhat clearly see plant's distinct pattern in the imagery. So make sure to collect imagery at low enough altitude so you can see orchids in the images and it should work.
