saw The Field Mice well over 30 years ago in Manchester. Great tunes from Sarah record label. Should have made it really big! The hypnotic guitars on Sensitive are memorable.

When You Sleep is my favorite song on this EP. The song construction and musical instinct on it reminds me of early Lush (Emma Anderson) and Cocteau Twins.

Quality. First track has an Only Ones 'Another Girl, Another Planet' vibe to it. Second track could be a Cigarettes After Sex song. Pity they never made an album. Were friends with Pale Saints back in the day.

I love the way the best tracks on this sublime album build towards an ECM-like jazzy cacophony Those who dispraise them for 'commercialism' weren't listening, surely.
