Hi! I just got hired, I was wondering how do the hours work here? I got hired as a part-timer, I do know the minimum hours is 4. I was wondering how likely are you going to get minimum hours like that, as well how do I get more hours? Thank you and great video!
First, congratulations! How old are you? I've only seen part-timers receive those type of hours when they're like 17-19 years old, but if you want mote hours, I recommend killing it in the membership and bestbuy card aspect. I know, sounds unfair. Also, make a positive relationship between you and your management. When I was first hired, I made a positive relationship with everyone at my store, had amazing customer service skills, and sales skills. I was getting 32+ hours based on those aspects. You got it! Thank you for watching even if the video was all over the place lol
