Can I get one I love this book and it’s helped me a lot to become a better person and realize I need a pivoting point

Only my right leg to my knee. This is on my left leg so I could not feel it at all.

Everyone has their opinions and that’s fine. I’ve heard a lot of bad things about the Johnson & Johnson’s one and was highly against that one all together. A lot of those people who didn’t make it unfortunately had other factors that added into why they didn’t make it. I know people with lots of medical conditions such as myself are skeptical about getting one and that’s why I make these videos. As I said, everyone can do their own research and decide for themselves if it’s best for them or not. No hate against anyone. Just providing my own experiences for others to know.

Simon S. awe, thank you! i can certainly try my best to make a video of that. i use a power wheelchair for more freedom. since i cannot walk & use my legs at all, i have to use my arms for everything. it gets quite tiring to use a manual wheelchair day to day. ALSO, with the specific one i have, i get even more freedom because i can move up in it to reach the higher tables i normally wouldn’t be able to in a manual. i cannot move my legs at all but i can feel only my right one up to my knee, it’s pretty weird lol. hope this answers your questions. thanks for looking! xx Ashley ❤️

@@ashleyspicer9469 Wow, thanks for your quick reply :) Didn't expect that within a few minutes. Makes perfect sense to prefer a power wheelchair over a manual one. You also mentioned that in the video and I totally get the benefits of being higher up than you'd normally be. The thing about your right leg is actually quite weird. Is there a reason to it?

I have Spina Bifida, I'm not sure if that goes hand and hand on why I can never gain that much weight but that's always been a problem for me :(

Everyone goes through struggles in life, big or small. I wouldn't consider mine worse than anyone else. I just have to adapt and do things a different way, that's all!

Karen Miller yes! Since I wasn’t able to swallow any pills back then I always asked beforehand and it was fine! And since I was put under they always have to poke me with an IV in case something goes wrong & they need to give me something quickly

Lexi Harris Hi Lexi, I never had sores but I did get dizzy a lot when I got my infection (MRSA). Are they putting you on any antibiotics to try treating it?

Hey babe, it just depends on how I move around or talk sometimes with it but I am aware lol. It only happened at certain points as you can tell so idk why it acts all weird sometimes but this is the only way I can really record being loud enough... I was kinda speaking kinda low in this vid because I was tired all week so that's probably why this video is different from the others but thanks for the feedback hun. Glad you liked it overall though. :)

MY TV thank you for sharing your story. I would ask your doctor if they could give you some calming medicine before you get the procedure done. It will make you feel really goofy afterwards but you won't remember anything and it'll help you out in the long run. I am actually on a generic medication called oxybutynin that really helps with my bladder leaks and even comes in a liquid form! I can't really swallow pills either myself so I completely understand the struggle. You have also been through a hell of a lot and I admire the strength you have during these difficult times. Things might seem at a loss now & that it's a endless cycle of worry and frustrations but it will get better soon, I promise. We all have to get through these difficult times in our life to reach the best parts of our lives. You are so strong to keep going after everything you've been through and don't let anyone else bring you down or make you feel less than what you are. You're amazing & so inspirational. You can be the change we need to see in the world. All it takes is all of us sticking together and never ever giving up. I hope some of the info I provided to you was helpful. No problem, it's truly a horrible roller coaster you've been on, you are such a medical hero. I'd love to ask for a sedative but they said they only give out local anesthetic which hopefully will numb the pain. I want to be able to goof around during the procedure. Ah yes, oxybutynin, wow I'm so pleased it helped you. With me, it caused my life 8 months of misery, after being on it for about 2 weeks I could hardly pass urine all day, I had dry mouth, tired, fatigue and after the two weeks I got a full blown UTI for 6 months and I had like 12 boxes of antibiotics, I was lucky it didn't turn into a kidney infection, nearly did. Then 2 months later I got a bladder infection from a catheter, it was horrible of 8 months of antibiotics and birth control pills, I got weird stuff. I understand the pill troubles too. Anyway, sorry all this lol. I'll admit it's been horrid, there are worse out there but it's affecting my life and it's like a nightmare I can't wake from. Thanks for the hope, I bet you felt like it would never end. My mental state is better than it was but I still have days where I give up or get upset. I love the advice you've given me at the end it's beautiful, you should write a book about your life and how you deal with your problems, i'd love to read it. My dad is really supportive and understandable even though he's no doctor, doesn't get periods and bladder stuff but, he tells me never to give up and keep going to think about your bright future, sometimes I worry because I may need surgery to fix this and more but I try my hardest to stay positive and i'll be forever grateful once I get better. At least technology is getting better and in our time they'll be a cure for cancer and all my problems, I know it. Oh and last thing, do watch happy anime which is a japanese cartoon series you can watch on crunchyroll or anywhere online, it makes you feel happy and it's so inspirational, sword art online is my favourite anime it's like a VR game but your body can be in the game and you feel no pain, hunger, toilet need or anything, they are working on this for our future. :D So, thank you I wish you best in life too. MY TV Awe, I'm so sorry that medication gave you so many problems. That's literally the worse. When I first started going through my infection years ago, I ended up being allergic to vancomycin which was really hard because that's the strongest medicine that could've cured what I had..... it was a series of ups and downs, different medication constantly, and getting sick eventually with being on them but I didn't have any other choice at the time. I've actually been thinking about writing a book for a while now! Just didn't know how many people would truly be interested in reading it. - I truly hope that what they give you helps with the procedure & it makes it more bearable for you. I know, it can seem like a lot all at once. I've been there before. But you're not going to be stuck where you are for the rest of your life. You'll get it all taken care of & will be able to enjoy life. It all takes time and a whole lot of patience. You are a fighter and I believe in you. You got this! If you ever need someone to talk or vent to, I'll always be there for you. I've been thinking about it for a while now, but if you are interested, I can open up my own P.O. Box and we can be writing (or tying if you prefer that way) buddies! Maybe that will boost your confidence and we can talk a little more about life & everything. What do you think? I know it's kinda "old school" and everyone likes technology but I think letters are much more meaningful. There's no pressure and you don't have to. It's just a suggestion. Yeah, oh, don't worry it's nobody's fault. No seriously, that's terrible :( It's so bad when that was the only strongest medicine that could cure what you had. I have emetophobia which is scared of vomiting so it was horrible being on birth control pill for periods, I felt sick 24/7. Oh have you? I think it's a fantastic idea to write a book. Thank you, I hope so too and I agree. I can't wait for the day I can enjoy life. I just want to lie in the grass and be free of worries one day when i'm still young. Thank you so much.
