Hard to say which local I liked best. The first one that comes to mind is the place where you were walking around and there were oxen on the side of the road, and that whole place. Or the private island where the random dog had a fish in it's mouth.

We're really sorry that you had bad experiences at Vivienne Cafe and Restaurant in Hanoi. FOLKS, native and foreign. Remember this Viviene Cafe and boycott this place. They are a disgrace to our country Vietnam. Let's put this Vivienne out of business.
