The old San Juan is not the only Spanish Colonial city in this island Puerto Rico (Borikén) Where my mother was born United States territory since 1898. Ponce the second biggest city in Puerto Rico (Borikén) the señorial city of lions beautiful Spanish colonial style old buildings differents than the old San Juan as well Colonial Spanish streets and houses, more Spanish colonial pueblos towns in this island waiting for you to discover.

would you recommend to Visit Icacos or Luquillo beach? From Tripadvisor, we have to drive to the West for the departure to get to Icacos, but Icacos and Luquillo is on the East side. Is it correct? thanks

Was JUST in Puerto Rico in May. Went to El Yunque but discovered Luquillo beach totally by accident. I could TOTALLY live there. Actually giving it thought.

Nope, the videos make it better than it really looks like. Many years ago, you could really see the magic. La parguera is the only bay where you can swim in order to see the "magic" but without a good phone camera you only see the water looking white when people swim. I was disappointed.

I love the northern west part of the island! The reefs look so healthy! I love Gozalandia but you must be very careful if it’s raining in other inner Pueblos because they feed the river of Gozalandia and can cause sudden rushes of water that are dangerous.

The Rogativa sculpture 25:35 one of the best views of the San Juan Bay, the sculpture commemorates a women-led religious procession that took place in 1797. The legend goes that the British Armada was planning to invade San Juan, but were spooked away by hundreds of torches that they saw on land and believing that they were reinforcements they halted their invasion.

As my family & I are possibly planning a cruise next year w/RCL~Rhapsody of the Seas..that embarks directly out of the port there…Very well done! I can see the pride of the island/ppl a lot more through your vlogs & have a more appreciation for all the love they show here (mainland State side). As in my city, it seems that they ‘showboat’ themselves over other Latin celebrations (Mexican Americans).. but now I see it in a different light. Puerto Rican pride runs deep & I’m here for it! (My wife is Mexican, which created some bias … but no longer the case 😎🤟) 👍
