Great video, but somehow both of my Koala suites missed the quality control person. On both of them the laminate is peeling at the edges. They are located in different homes in different states, so it's not environment-related. I contacted Koala and they gave me instructions on how to super-glue it back. Swell. Not happy for the amount of money they cost!

WHERE ARE THE DOORS! Koala, you have a well made, quality product with some unique, clever enhancements and a loyal following. Don’t go down that rabbit hole that says, give the consumer less and less for more and more money. Many of us NEED the doors; we NEED a cabinet, not a $4,000.00 table on wheels.

What has happened to the country we live in. $6,000 for an RTA (Ready to Assemble) MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) cabinet. It makes me sad.

Dear sewing friends - Please reconsider any purchase of Koala furniture. I own two different suites of Koala furniture. My last purchase in 2019 wasn't delivered for a whole year and the shipping experience was a nightmare. Low-class trucking companies who were not properly trained in assembly and they lost my items and then delivered the wrong items! Now, three years later both of my suites have peeling lamination on the edges. These two suites are in different homes, so it is not climate-related. Words cannot tell you how much I regret this purchases. I even wrote to the President of their company and got NO response whatsoever, so they do not care about customer service. Please reconsider!
