A friend of mine had a very simular car, even painted yellow! Damn thing only weighed like 1200-1500 pounds, very fast with not much motor!

White t-shirt, smokes rolled in one sleeve, tight jeans, black engineer boots. Motor oiled hair and sideburns… go!!

Apparently no chokes on the carbs. Have to pump the pedal so the accelerator pump will squirt fuel into the manifold. Cold starts will hesitate on acceleration without a choke until the engine is warmed up. Old school stuff. Put a choke on it so you can start and go.

Im just seeing this for the first time. My 8 year old daughter and i were talkimg about our favorite cars and this is by far my favorite. She didnt know what one was so i looked it up on youtube for her and this popped up. Crazy thing is she was diagnosed with type one diabetes a year ago. Kinda freaked me out how that all happened. Looks amazing. Always dreamed of having this car. Even in high school 40 some years ago. Best I could do in High School was a 73 mustang convertible. A buddy of mine back then had a old lawn mower so we pulled the piston from it and I made a gear shift knob for the mustang. Closest I came to the real thing. lol

Nicely done...my friend from Santa Rosa High School hand built the headers for the 32...many of my automotive friends worked on various cars. My 56 Chevy 150 utility had a small part in "Peggy Sue Got Married" Cruised 4th street in Santa Rosa in 62 in a 59 Ford Galaxie with complete running gear from an R code drag car...pretty much like the film..LOL
