Hey man im planning to buy this for my college dorm. Do you think this will be bright enough to fill up a college dorm and double as a study light when i need one?

This has a music mode. Will it do white flashing lights? I want to put it near a speaker playing thunder and lightning sounds and was hoping this will flash with the crashing sounds.

Just to confirm, you screen recorded the preview of the video that is shown inside your app for this UA-cam.. You didn't actually v take the SD card and copy the high quality video , the actual video, to use in this UA-cam. Not complaining, just want to understand.
@@teamcyrmining3673 no that’s a good thing to clarify!! Amazon sent me the wrong SD Card and I was on a time frame for this video! To be honest would have been a shaky camera anyways and hard to see what’s going on. I’ll eventually make a new video with my confidence in flying this going up! I strive to learn from every video. Whether it’s a mistake. Something I was lazy with. Or something to do better with.
Funny you did screen recording because nearly all cheap drone videos are shown with screen recording only. Not the actual video. The screen just shows a preview so you can have an idea of what is being recorded. I've played with E88 Pro and E99 Pro that are $12 on AliExpress and recently bought the Q8 for $130+ and wanted to know, before I open the box, if the video quality is 10x better. Or not. I'm not expecting $400 DJI quality but at least something. The E99 Pro that I have has 2 fake 4K cameras and the recording is absolute trash. This one may be the same low quality drone just in a fancy box to be honest.

7:45 Was looking for music sync, thanks. Flickering is terrible. Its just turning off and on. Can it at least the fade be slowed? Disappointing since their other lights have proper syncing. Presumably, I don't have any Govee products yet. Do the others sync well with music? Thanks.
@@TheBooban great question and glad I could help with that! To be honest I haven’t seen it where you can make it slower in reaction to music. Others are GREAT whenever it comes to music sync. Really makes the atmosphere. This is probably “the worst” whenever it comes to music sync. Nothing cool. But like I said in the video the effect in itself is really cool outside of music
@@coppercarver ok, was really hoping to just get the backlight 3 lite and this and be done. But music sync is so important after Netflix and chill date night, I'll need to pick another companion light :D. Thx again for covering music. Like no video covers the music sync part.

@@coppercarver the AI gaming one? I would love to use my hdmi input, but it’s expensive and my tv is old so it’s overkill for my hdmi 1.4 system :). There are AliExpress ones, $50, but I want the ecosystem and they probably just flicker to music too. Btw I’m expecting the Govee 3 does more than flicker but since nobody does music sync on them, I’m not sure. Do they do more than flicker? With TV OFF?
@@TheBooban yes! They also have scenes that you can turn on! That’s what I do for my parties. I only have the 2. But they should also have scenes. And I totally understand what you’re asking. I think the Aurora device is the only one I’ve seen that just flickers. But I haven’t seen all device. Just a lot lol

Yes it is! If you have the govee app you can actually get it with points on there! “Govee wireless button sensor” otherwise it’s only $12

@@alphatierchen8055 you know what’s crazy is I can’t get Shazam to pick it up! Honestly in CapCut (editing program) I found it searching around and all it says is “epic, cinematic, orchestral, cool, dark, heavy, intense, impression (1010943)” Helpful I know 😅
@@coppercarver I have already searched for parts of the song text on Google. Normally you can find the lyrics and the song. but nothing to find. the song goes well with the lamp. But I got the cheaper one from Amazon that can do everything except smarthome. I don't currently see the justification for the €40 surcharge for Govee
do you consider Lumary to be higher quality than Govee?

I was just considering these for potentially inside but this helped…too much IMO. Maybe you can offer a suggestion. I am new to Govee lights as I build out my bonus room. I am needing lights to give a nice wash of color on the wall behind my sectional/couch. Which of their products are best for this?
@@duaneclark7108 this would fill up lots of color. However……..the new light strips or COB lights might be best for this situation?

Hey, just a suggestion. Keep the music volume lower. At around 5:50 the music overpowers your voice.

Why would Govee make the stars Green with no way to change to White? In what Galaxy are there green stars?

Awesome video, I have a lil Govee cave myself. The running out of plugs part hit home for me 😂. How’s the brightness on this compared to the projector pro? I own that one and I feel like it’s not bright enough. I don’t really use the disks too much. Keep at it brother!
@@EveryDayJay415 thank you so much! Plugs are so true!! 🤣😅 I can tell you I don’t own the projector pro, however I had a friend come over and he said it was brighter. However I would still recommend in a decently dark room. I wish it was brighter

@@coppercarver hmm I’m on the fence, the projector pro was a bit of a disappointment. I do like usbc power, the moving Star feature also is cool, it’s just so dim in general. The discs are decent but are even harder to see. I’ve seen generic $30 units that blowout it out of the water as far as light output. They are definitely not as feature rich though, so 🤷🏾

Can you sync 2 together so say when you turn the power on for one, both turn on? Or if you change the preset on one the other would automatically change as well?
@@OnePunchLion great question! Yes! However it has to be through the app. It’s called grouping. You can group the same items together
Side note. I haven’t tested it with this device. However you can on every other device so I would assume so

Hey dude! Cindy and Mike told me you have a channel, so I looked you up and subscribed. This is a fun video, and very nice video quality and editing. I recently got a very similar 'starter' drone and I've been practicing with it. Like yours, it's quite good enough to learn on and get some decent video. With more practice you can make it fly more stably, and that helps get cleaner video. I learned a lighter touch on the joysticks helps a lot. It's great to have one affordable enough to play around with, and decide if you want to invest in a more professional-grade one. (I have crashed mine a few times already too BTW, that's just part of the learning curve. The main thing is to not fly it where you can't recover it if it crashes.) Anyway, looking forward to seeing what else you've got posted here. Take care y'all.
