Closing of the fill valves has a torque value. Can't measure that the a box end wrench. I'm just saying.
This looks like an A321.
Why aren't manufacturers using a sliding door instead of this. Wouldn't it contribute to reducing in the drag force and a much improved aerodynamic design🤔

Meanwhile in the real world... The hose is frayed and kinked stabbing and poking me as I remove and connect it. One of the pump handle retaining clips snaps off as i grab it Then I start pumping and realized I'm gonna have to NEF the pump because it ain't doing jack shit So I get a pressure feed hydraulic cart and come to find out I need an adapter. Toolroom doesn't have the adapter at our station. So I got back to the hand pump and pump for 10mins straight until I barely get the needle into the go band and send them off so some other station can witness with the shit show Welcome to line maintenance.

I have a question. Don't jack up when you servicing the landing gear of a320? Does safty sleeve take over the role of jack up? If drain the nitrogen, can't the landing gear collapse?
Not needed. AMM has option for either on jacks or on ground. Draining the strut will only make it compress, or be flat. It will not collapse.

I have never touched airbus . . Just 737s this is more complicated than it needs to be 2 screws and a lolipop
