What if I accidentally did small claims? At court we got a continuation due to time and now I filed motion to transfer to the civil docket. After in the civil docket wouldn't Motion order of possession again? This time they should grant it due to correct jurisdiction? Also isn't that the same as replevin? I don't have the money to file replevin so should I keep going with this case especially when motion to transfer gets accepted? Thanks!

I'm researching Amish equine throwaways. The horses had open sores where a harness would have contact. I wanted to know about their animal husbandry practices and this is revealing. I despise dog breeding since there are thousands of dogs in shelters that need a home. Just 4 walls, a meal or two a day, caring and responsible owners. But yet there is Lazybones52 who needs a dog to it's specs.

I understand what you are saying, but if there is no accountability as if an aggressive dog, is a repeat offender, then how do you build a case to eventually 'do something' to correct the repeat aggressive dog attacks? Very interesting discussion here.

I have to admit the time I needed an ESA,, I was so depressed and considering suicide. But NO ONE cared or did anything for me! A guy moved into one of my apartments with an ESA "Piss cat!" No pet fees or damage deposit allowed. His cat destroyed all the carpets/pads, damaged sub floor. This cost me thousands of $ that I did not have! Guy took his cat, paid me NOTHING!

I do not support special rights for ESA. Why not? I am blind. In recent years I have experienced riding the city bus and stepping in or sitting on dog crap left by an ESA. I can't begin to express how much I resent that. As a small time property manager I resent having to replace, at my own expense, all the carpet, pad and sections of sub-floor in apartments where an ESA cat has lived.

They have to stop requiring veterinarian authorization to do necropsies on pets. This happened to me in 2017. The veterinarian misdiagnosis caused sudden death of my dog and then bribed the necropsy person to write some bullshit cause of death which made zero sense given the actual circumstances that lead to his death. Also- grab the records fresh after each visit always. That veterinarian went back and changed notes to make it look like he did all he could when he didn’t do a damn thing.

The doctor said she refuse to let us take our dog home and the only choice is to put her to sleep or surgery and she came to the conclusions that we won’t be able to afford it. I feel like people are generally unaware that the Pets are Property law can do more harm than it is capable of protecting us. Once you hear just a few of so many traumatizing stories of those unable to pursue justice, left victimized, or suffering injust harm, and realizing we are not the only ones by far struggling- it truly feels unconstitutional. We all need to act in a major way, united together to show the Government of this critical lack in the law - that our companion pets must be legally protected as our society considers them - highly valued members of our family. 🙏💪🐾

ESA is a scam. I have a rental on my property here in Wyoming. I'm not having somebody's dog chasing my horses or running off the wildlife. My lease is month-to-month. Run your ESA scam on me and I'll find an excuse to terminate the lease right quick.

I think theirs a confusion, a pet can go to public places, they cannot go in private establishments that don’t allow pets. ESA isn’t considered a Service Animal because it does not require the training

Hi dear. Thank you so much for your videos. I am a cancer patient, and I have chronic diarrhea because the big chunks of my intestines were removed due to cancer and radiation damage. I am so sorry to talk about this, but I am very confused. So because of all the damage, I don't feel my diarrhea coming, I get a lot of irritation and bleeding because of it. So I got a dog and trained her to let me know to change my underpants and pants. It actually helped me to relieve a lot of pain because of her. So, a couple of years ago, I registered one of those websites you mentioned with my Dr's letter, but I see now it's a scam. Please tell me what to do, where to call to have a really legal service dog. I haven't traveled in years because of my health issue, but since now i have help from my dog, I want to travel. Yes shame on people that lie about having emotional or service dog. Because it really messes up the chances of people that do really need support dog. I am gonna be honest. Thank you!! Yes! These things are all a huge scam and people need to stop supporting them!!!!! Learn from legitimate Service Dog Teams and ESA owners how to do things the correct way and we'll all be fine with that!! (1.) According to the ADA and most US State Laws, ONLY Service Dogs and Service Mini Horses are allowed in non-pet-friendly places. Because of the training a Service Dog or Service Mini Horse has had, which includes Task Training that helps keep their disabled owner out of the ER or Morgue. It's also because the Service Dog or Mini Horse is legally classed as 'Medical Equipment' as if being like a wheelchair, oxygen tank, or other assisstive device that they get to go where other animals aren't allowed. (2.) ESAs have their very valid purpose, yes, but please do not take them where pets are not allowed. They have no Public Access permission beyond the apartments and rental houses that otherwise say 'No Pets' or 'Pets of Certain Size Allowed'. Again, one must be legally declared disabled to qualify for an ESA. (3.) Business Owners, Managers, and Employees really have *no* excuse not knowing the ADA. It's a 34 year old Federal Law this July! www.ada.gov/resources/service-animals-faqs Just in case any of these three I mention here need that link. You're welcome. Print it out and have your employees read it daily and enforce it. Federal Law over-rules corporate, etc, policies. Time to just lean on it and stop giving legitimate Service Dog Teams such awful Access Issues. Thank you.

They are also causing hurt and damage to people with “real service dogs”. We are now facing dangerous situations with people bringing their ESA and fake untrained Fake Service Dogs into public. Some dog then have to be retired. We also face so much more issues with access and discrimination as well.

I live in government housing apartments I feed them and give them medical attention as needed plus I and my friend Nancy T.N.R. them as much as possible! The management has threaten me many times so far!

My landlord just sent me a separate form that they want me or my doctor to fill out asking more information beyond the letter. My doctor originally wrote saying that they recommended me to have an ESA dog. My manager says their corporate office has “thousands” of people have no problem filling them out and his claiming that it is legal for me to ask this. The form they sent me doesn’t even have their company logo on it. I told them I would not fill it out until they could show me the law stating they were allowed to ask these types of questions.

My Psychologist informed me that she cannot register my dog as ESA because she doesn’t have the specific credentials to make that determination, she could only write out a suggestion/ recommendation.
