Love this! It is so detailed, and broken down into steps to help learn. Thank you :) Please upload other videos like this, I would love an in-depth explanation video for Omnitracs functions as well.
The three "Late Arrival" Options are a bit on the hostile side; 1) Delayed at Prior Customer, 2) Driver Accident, 3) Driver Personal. There should be a friendlier 4) Other option where the driver can enter in things such as Construction Traffic, Construction Detour, etc. Option 2 and 3 as written assume driver incompetence.
Best 12 min of WORKFLOW TRAINING! I had dispatchers complain for me to do it. But i never knew exactly how to. Dispatchers tried to learn me over the phone. Some i think were winging it as well. Lol Its new to me and a few others so we just needed.a little help. I was used to DriverTech. Its pert near the same. But that little differ in apps threw me and other drivers off. Im glad u went step by step! Thank you. Edit: its the end of my route, and my dispatchers didn't call me at all today!! Lol, that's a first !!
