Beret/winter caps/crochet beret
This is a tutorial on making a beret using 5 mm hook crochet and 200 mg of yarn.
First, make a magic ring and make 10 double crochets around the ring.
You can use double crochet front posts with a chain, making increases every round for 9 -13 rounds depending on the size of your choice.
9 increases= 3-6 years
10 increases = 7-9 years
11-12 increases= 10-14years
13 above increases = adult
Then make no more increases for about 4 -5 rounds
Then make borders by using front posts and back posts and end with slip stitches in the last round.
