One "last" tip: Make sure the phone is fully charged up.

You said use a tripod or a phone "stand/holder." Yes, those two, but a selfie stick is great at the very least as well --- but don't move your arms about and keep the image steady with it.

"be sure the videos are being recorded in *landscape or horizontal mode.* *YES!!!* I can't stand that obviously cropped, vertical mode that cuts off no less than 2/3 of the image that should be recorded. I hate those "shorts" and "tictok" modes on UA-cam.

To me the word escape makes it sound like our energy is going into the void, but our energy is always contributing to a field. Yes, yes, thanks Ryan 🙏. I have been focusing on this too, like a more intense focus on what I am doing in each moment. And encouraging being IN my body, aware of my body while being active . . . A dual awareness of outer and inner. Notice how our awareness can leap outside and leave inner awareness behind? Like we no longer exist, taken into the intensity of the world? That said, I think there is a place for the occasional escape caper, it can help to relax and let go, get a broader perspective on life. Just be aware of it 🧡🦋🌼 xx

The desire and the call to distract is huge, but for me at least, the point of power is in the NOW and in the choices and decisions I make to align with my limitless potential, NOT the distractions.
