I just wanted to say thank you so much for this. I sometimes have nights where I cannot get to sleep either because I'm afraid of nightmares or I just can't body or mind being unwilling. This cures it every time, it's perfect in every way. Not only is it great for the part of me that needs a comfort character because this is fantastic for that! But I also grew up in a house where 40s music was what we listened to. I'm only 19 but when I lived with my grandmother we would listen to some of these songs and other classics like Frank Sinatra in the house. They have always been so calming to me, and just peaceful in memory and home. I hadn't listened to many of these songs since and it's so indescribable in the best way. Having this playlist means more than words can express to me. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and I hope you're doing well! 🤗❤️

As I was trying to go to sleep I had a strange vision of a man smiling ear to ear buy it wasn’t happy it was terrible and scary. This helped me through it. I never let anyone know more about myself than I did to Steve I felt like he was really there for me when no one else was❤

might sound weird but... in the fanfic I'm writing the main character goes through at least one nightmare every few nights bc powers and I could see Steve actually doing this with her at least once or twice lol

TW: Mentions of su!c!dal thoughts . . . . . . Last night, I almost unalived myself. I didn't know how I was going to do it, but all I know is that I wanted it all to just end. As I was sitting on my bed, contemplating everything, fictional characters kept popping up in my head. The ones that I know would be rooting for me and want me to keep going. The majority of them were Marvel characters. I eventually worked up the courage and went and told my Mom how I was feeling, and that I didn't think it was safe if I was alone at night. My Mom came downstairs and slept beside me. We talked briefly about the mental hospital, and I started freaking out, because I did NOT want to go there. I was crying maybe every 4 minutes, just hurting. It was 2 am and I couldn't sleep, so I searched for Marvel sleeping ASMR, and I am so glad I found this video. I felt loved and cared for when I listened to this, and reminded that Steve Rogers and Chris Evans would not want me to give up. This video helped calm me down from a panic attack. I'm doing better today. My parents have decided that I'm not that much of a threat to myself to send me to the mental hospital. Thank you, thank you, thank you for this video. Never forget how loved and strong you are💛

I have both my earbuds in, I forget that I’m listening to this because my brain is still processing the article info, and I hear ‘my best girl’ and get a fucking HEART ATTACK. I swear I thought I exhaled my soul out of my body. TLDR: forgot I was listening to this and sudden talking scared me.
