In Canada, because of our retarded and authoritarian laws, you cannot shot out of this tent, as you would out of a blind. Because it's attached to a motorized vehicle. Even if the motor is off an the keys are out of the ignition. You can, only if you have "special written permission" because you are disabled.

You show a hunter shooting from the UTV. That's illegal unless you meet the ADA requirements and have a permit to hunt from a stationary vehicle. The law doesn't differentiate between the passenger seat or a roof-top tent. It MAY be legal for "pest" game such as coyotes and wild hogs. Gotta check your state laws.
