I work as a clerk in a PSB. The pressure on targets is getting to clerks even. They give us targets like selling insurance, searching for customers to open FD/RD/CD accounts in targets every month, even some loan repayment follow ups, etc. This is why I want to look for another job.

Your video is so relatable. Sometimes we pursue something and get addicted to the hustle, but on landing the job we realise its not for us. I dedicated a lot of time for cracking UGC NET but after passing with flying colors, I realised I'm not made for teaching. I switched my industry and although im earning less, I'm a lot happier. People used to question me the same, that why not pursue academia after all this way? Im not sure whether i could make them understand my reasons but I'm sure you can understand.

No employee want to work in bank ....they are working because they have no choice...they can't quit..they have family who totaly depends on that job ....worse work life in bank..when you meet bank employee they are in😢stress and depression

I was a banker myself for 6 years. I can definitely say Banking job should be the last job. If you don't have any options then prepare for it.

I work as a PO in one of the large PSUs. Including house rent and all allowances the starting salary is more than 1 lakh. I left state government job for joining IBPS PO as salary is double. Moreover work pressure is there but it is not so much. For middle class people like us this job with so many facilities is like a blessing from god.

Banking field got ugly in these days. For god sake if you want mental peace do not come to banking field. You life will be no more. Trust me I'm working as assistant manager in one of the top most so called Public sector bank and I can confirm this.

My friend working in pvt sect, working 12 hour daily from last 8 year and his salary is still 26000 and after 7000 expenses (room +food) he saves only 19000 But he still happy and never complained about his work.

Im a banker since 2019. To be honest it is hell. Top management is toxic as hell. You will be in pressure cooker always. There will not be peace of mind

I feel this is only half a truth. Banks are known for toxic work cultures created by toxic managers - feeling entitled, screaming at subordinates is normalised. There is a difference between a demanding job and a toxic job. Under healthy work environment people r encouraged and motivated, they feel valued and therefore can easily do demanding jobs. Those PPL who love their banking jobs are the ones normalising this culture and also creating the one for those who enter this domain.

A very good morning sir, when I was preparing for banking exam I followed you also, but like after gaps i unfollowed all those banking platforms and like wanted to explore different career however pursued 1 month training and got a job in pvt. Bank unfortunately I left the bank. This video giving me some edge to my exploring mind. is 1:1 session available with you, will be very grateful.

it's been just 10 months as bank clerk.. this job is nothing like i heard before joining. Leave office at 5 pm is a dream, Work pressure top class, Depression is becoming worse, Insomnia started, Personal -social life are gone. Want to resign , but I am afraid about WHAT TO DO NEXT? plus How I will handle People's NEGATIVE COMMENTS after leaving job?

SBI bank only pressurized job or all Bank jobs are pressure job please anyone clear my doubts
