you have the wrong setting punched into the machine that will help as much as well isopropyl alcohol will. also with Samsung's at least the slightly older models it is just strips of adhesive. no need for a laser

There are three components involved. The Screen, The LCD, and The Frame. You replaced the Screen and the LCD, but kept the front frame. Other repair videos replace all three in one and put back all of the components into the frame on the back of it. Seems like that's a cleaner way to do it than scraping the glass from the front frame and putting the lcd and screen in. Just an observation.
