Great Job! You played this really well, very smooth, accurate and "crisp"! As many drummers know, Gino Vannelli always had the most top notch drummers including Mark Craney, Graham Lear, Vinnie Colaiuta and others! Many of his songs with these drummers have not only have some excellent beats and fills but often have some little, barely discernible nuances or catch little fills in them! I'm also a drummer and play a lot of Gino's music as you are with my Vic Firth headphones on, and, have learned so much from just listening and executing what these incredible drummers are doing and how appropriate their playing is to the songs. I'm in my mid 60's now and still playing an hour or two a day like I did in my younger years! Drums keep you young and tight both mentally and physically! I've been in the circuit deal a few times and it's always a pain tearing down your kit, packing it in the car, taking it out at the gig, setting it up, taking it back home, etc.. and don't know that I'd be up for doing that again, However, if I could find other musicians who could play and sing well to Gino's music, I'd be tempted to get back on board with that! Thanks for sharing this. It's outstanding!
