Hi, you get similar results as with rhe Rocket r91 ? What are the main differences between those 2? Thaks
Similar, yes. The Rocket has a manual paddle that you can use for on the fly profiling and a different build quality.
@@baristaman_brewsYou can change pressure on the fly on VBM with latest software also, pressing up or down arrows on the screen.
Enfin quelqu'un qui dit tout. Et seulement tout!
Why isn’t he weighing his coffee to get 18-20g of beans? Also no pre infusion
Very nice video, my friend. Sub !
What's with that dorky music?
But I like Big Jugs!!
Man, you can see how old this video is just from the grinder setup.
Right? The espresso machines still look the same but grinders are very different now! 😊
No such thing as an ugly machine from Rocket. GORGEOUS!
Did you run out of cups?
painful and ignorant video to watch draining the coffee down the drain....why don't u use the cup to see the crema and everything! just because it's fast doesn't mean it's not good, you can give it to the crew
Agree. Lots of gimmick in espresso making. The coffees going down the drain were probably better than his perfect shot.
Make a latte with it, would still be good 😌
Thank you for you very good video ! (one of the best espresso video i have see)
hi how much ds mahin.
It's like throwing coffee down the drain.
Dont go to a barrista class then... it'll probably trigger the shit out of you with the amount of coffee and milk that just goes down the drain :)
for me he grind over 22 grams....and he do quick flush on Rocket machines really????? seriously how manny Times he burned coffe doing this video?hahahaha useless video
Coffee brewing is similar to cooking, each of their own recipe. Different resultsss too many variables.
DONDE LA PUEDO COMPRAR?
Espresso, may be it make good, - but the worst service ever i met ! we still waiting for over 2 months the replacement of the defected machine !!!
11:01 how i know that temperature will Perfect?:)
Giotto vs Appartamento?
Where do you get the Canadian tamper?
Really great and informative video, but shouldn't this be measured as a volume/time?
You have a doser grinder. Why not take the time to set up the dose so you can just give it one or two pulls and get the same amount every time?
That means grinding more than you need - and the rest is wasted.
Not really. If you're buying one of these machines I would hope you're having more than 1 cup a day.
Just bought a Rocket Evo, now my grinder is the weak link. I like this one.... hmmm.... dig a little deeper in the pockets.
What's your thought on bottomless porto filters? So you can really examine the shot.
What is a cooling flush? What is your boiler pressure bar when your machine is idle vs when you turn on your steam wand? Thanks
Thank you so much! I thoroughly enjoyed your informative video
My travels to Italy.. LOL

I've got Rancilio Silvia v3. Nice demo. Thx.
but it don't come eveytime what am doing wrong
Temperature stability is definitely important. You can get that in much less expensive - but not as pretty - machines. The E61 grouphead is more for aesthetics than outright performance or value. The most important thing is freshly roasted coffee! 4-10 days after roasting gives the best results. Next most important is a fine, *consistent* grind. I got the Baratza Vario after messing with a Gaggia MDF for two months (Rocky is in the same class). You won't find anything as good for twice the price. My Gaggia Baby looks like crap, has finicky temp control, is tricky to learn, but makes a good espresso together with my Vario. A great espresso machine and a cheap grinder will produce WORSE results! Heat exchanger machines, like the Giotto, look pretty, give more consistent results, can make several espressos consecutively, and have better milk frothing capability.
ive got rancilio silvia v3
Great
Good information and well produced video. Thanks for sharing. I'm interested in this very machine and think I will pull the trigger on it now. What grinder are you using please? Regards from Canada
That is indeed a very good demonstration...thank you..this helps me along with my struggles in the espresso-world :)
great demonstration. Thanks so much.
Nice machine but very expensive. You should have got yourself a Gaggia at £200 and used the money saved to get your hair replanted hahahahaahah!
Why do you even use a doser if you unevenly whack out the ground coffee? May as well use a doserless.
Great video! Thank you!!
When was that, if you don't mind me asking? Apparently they have changed they packaging. I am thinking about getting one, but I live in Japan so I don't want to take any risks. Should I go for it? Thank you!!
what grinder is that?
I ended up purchasing a different brand. The Rockets appeared to not be packed well enough to survive shipping here in the U.S.
Really? where did you buy it from? How is it going now?
I actually used the Giotto Rocket to serve 150 cups of coffee at cafe before
ECA - best grinder
Excellent video. What make/model is that grinder? Looks like a quality home model.
in my rocket cellini, i could not hang in the filter without destoing the flat tamped surface, if i had that much coffee in it...
Actually if you follow the dosing as Scottie describes here, you will likely end up overdosing. The best way to practice a dosing technique is to measure the coffee.
Thank you
I had to return three Rockets in a row for problems with leaks, pressure gauges, and shipping damage.
Great videos, we just unpacked our new Rocket.
