@@shopniljourney no I think I’m confusing you more 😅 Ladakh was a part of Jammu & Kashmir but last year it got separated as a Union territory. Not a part of Himachal but hot border with both Himachal Pradesh and J&K.

For permanent address, I needed to show the utility along with the holding tax certificate in our name (fathers). Better if you show your villages address which needs to be of your family. In order to show your current rented address permanent, the only way is to manage the verification guy (which is not recommended). That can also cause visa issues if you apply for North American countries in future.

One thing I fear from your issue is, if they check your utility bill of permanent address, will that be the same? Oita te jodi details post office porjonto na thake then you are fine. R jodi thake then you better update. Check kore niyen.
