1970 F100 Crown Vic Front End Swap Pt. 4
In this segment of the build, I show how to measure, mark, and cut the frame to accept the prefabbed boxes that the front end will bolt to on final assembly. Unfortunately some of the footage from the work I did after the welding was lost but I will create a separate video explaining those steps as best as I can.

Found an exhaust leak so I pulled the side pipes off the Vette and had to pull it back in the garage with open headers. Enjoy!

Some of the easiest cars to steal or burgle. Eight inches of metal packing strap or a hacksaw blade with a squared end will open those cars in less than one or two seconds. I loved the looks on the customer’s faces that locked the keys inside after billing for a few seconds of lazy work. More fun than towing every time.

I cut the whole box bottom off and slide it inside the stock frame. No way was i going to cut the structural integrity out of the stock frame. Yeah your welding them in place but it still wont be as strong as the original frame rail
