Hi I’m brand new starting with targeting put in for inbound.

I work @ Target too : North Park, San Antonio, TX they have me unload the trailer Everytime bc everyone else is slow. Since we are not a supercentre we don't get our 40. unless ur a lead. I'm still working my other full-time job too. I got raises at both jobs, but I'm waiting to see which job offers me a management development position first if not I'm out going to work @ warehouse with a solid 40. + OT. I just tried of breaking my back, so hopefully I get promoted.

Doing my orientation tomorrow, nervous but I'm trying to heve a good mindset, its for inbound seasonal, these videos help a lot

Thank you so much for this! I just got hired for this same position. I have orientation in a couple of days and I’m really nervous/excited lol I currently work as a Inventory Specialist/Shift Lead at Walgreens (I’ll be just doing Target part time) so I kinda see some similarities between the two.

After like 7am(if you start at 4am) do you have be doing stuff out in the aisles like stocking while customers are around for like 5 hours? What time does meal/lunch break start is it 30 mins or an hour long?
