My favorite of all their songs. Makes me think of all the empty promises and false hopes girls have given me throughout the course of my pre teens and teens, and the romances I could have had if my taste wasn’t so bad I suppose. Funny how it is my favorite of their songs and it’s so beautiful, yet it makes me think of so many bad experiences too. I know I’m weird....

Thank you for this! I missed this song! I have been searching for this song since I had a close friend years ago, who was my neighbor who used to play this. And I used to love listening to it. I never knew who sang it nor the title so I have searched and searched, typing in the words of the chorus and did not get any results until today!!! Yey!! And its actually Boyzone!I loved them, still do!! Thanks, so many memories coming back!!!

this song still appeals.even if you're in a relationship or not.the song has a lonely sad nature yea! especially on a cloudy and/or rainy day but its a wonderful song altogether.play it on a rainy or quiet cloudy day and try it in a country area. you'll get the feeling.had my experiences
