Having ridden the trolley to Santee, the one time I missed the Santee trolley by a few seconds I had to wait roughly half an hour just for the next train to start departing.

Safe, super clean smooth ride everyone daily takes. Keeping America beautiful!! Big, large tinted windows really was my outlook to see San Deigo.

Green line used to go all the way to Courthouse. I went to San Diego for a vacation once and originally saw this when I first vacation was there but now they went back back.

Wait What is an S in the tram signal
Those LED and incandescent trolley signals a displaying “S” means station. It tells trolley drivers to wait at the station before the light turns into an “E”. Usually they would display a “T” which stands for transit and tells the driver that they can proceed without stopping and a lot of transit drivers don’t know what those letters other than the “T” really means.

@@RubiksStars79327 yep. San Diego trains and lights told me that it stands for station. At first, I didn’t know it. Trolley drivers only know what the “T” means and it means transit but when they see other letters, they just don’t know what they mean and “S” actually means. that “E” stands for express, which means that trolley driver should skip the station since there are no pedestrians. It has a sensor to detect when people are in the station or are not. That Red “X” usually is a flashing light to help drivers understand if the gates are open or close, cause they have gates to tell pedestrians not to go ahead of the trash because an MTS trolley is coming, and that also has an electronic bell above the pole to worn pedestrians of an approaching trolley like “ warning, trolley coming “.
