I have kidney problems and when I spoke to a nurse practitioner and told her about constantly itching she said and I quote ‘kidney problems wouldn’t make you itch’. Yes, this is the state of the good old NHS in the uk. Getting so sick of not sleeping due to itching it’s getting to the point I might as well not bother going to bed.

On site surprise inspection required for Collective healthcare facility at 1351 old freehold rd. Toms River. NJ. 08753 ocean county and 4 plaza dr. Same town. Poor covid information shared in facilities housing covid patients, Kidney dialysis patients with ESRD.

I have pkd, I'm in collective care rehab. Facility on 1351 old freehold rd., toms river n.j. with Radical Complaint Regarding Current civil strain and in patient, transporter (emt) care. This facility is highly neglectful of all patients,. Covid patients rooms are not isolated. These rooms are tagged by loose leaf printed notice not-visable to eye of passerby. Word has has it that covid is not here but obviously it is. This cite ignores patients requests for medication , bathroom care, wound care as prescribed by doctor. Again, I have a rejection on my transplanted liver (2011) surgery, and need for new kidney d ue to PKD/ liver. I have wounds, swollen feet. A sore b on butt. Thus facility's aide told me he was sleeping that I we oke him during a shift to tend to my care. He said he works 2 jobs: child care at his home for his kids then at facility as t night. He came in sick today because he needs the money. For example x I save Bern ringing my RN call bell for 2 hours. 1 rn is in front of my room. 2 aides flock each side of her...I hear 2 alzheimer patients near this medically trained group. Neither b patient is receiving care. The rn told her yo be patient she is hoping to bath room. Kit c hen is lax in kidney diet options. Prices are standard, no discounts. My dialysis center needs to get me permission to sit in comfortable chair so I can complete my 5 hour session. Right now, i can only sit for 2 hours, due¹ to chronic abdomen pain, bed sore too. Please have surprise visit to facility with reimbursement for care, min 4 weeks per patient.

When artificial kidney get human trial

My son is a subject in the Prospera research project at UCLA. Being part of this project just saved his kidney. Two years after receiving his living donor kidney (from me,) one of his blood tests indicated that he was going into rejection. He had his blood filtered and some other treatments. He was in the hospital for a total of two weeks, and the treatments stopped the rejection. Fortunately, his rejection was caught early, due to the Prospera early detection program, and he left the hospital with minimal kidney damage.

Excellent program ! I recommend everyone watch this if possible. I was with My daughter who had several episodes of sepsis while going thru dialysis and kidney failure process. I loved both the nurse educational explanation,to advocate and be aware and address early as possible and I loved the patient description of her experience and her clear description of the coldness and how quickly and thoroughly she experienced this.

Phosphorus binders can be effective. Whats happening is with high phosphorus levels in your kidneys, it means microscopic bone fragments are floating around in your blood stream causing bone fragments to build up in arteries, veins and your heart. This is also the cause of under the skin itch. Ask your dr to test your phosphorus level in your routine blood work. If it's high then ask for a phosphorus binder, it binds up these microscopic bone fragments and you will poop them out. I speak from experience and I take 1 binder 3 times a day at the beginning of my meals. Also eat no or low phosphorus foods. I think this guy is talking more bull than necessary. Do your own research.

Am i the only one out there who suffers crazy itching episodes everytime i swim or have a bath or sweat so that my skin is damp !!!! The ABSOLUTE ONLY thing that helps and is a complete God send is the specific antihistamine LORATADINE , try it ! You wont be disappointed 😅 My itch is because i take a daily dose of Tramodol and pregabalin both of which i take daily and have been for the past 10 years 😢
