Enter this room Spend a hour and a half Find the grinder and use it for most of the clean up. “Thank god the lube machine is here” And it took hours for me to realize the full horror of that joke
Yeah you can throw enemies into the grinder for it to spray blood, I just chuck them into out of bounds areas to instantly kill them, GRP is OP apart from boss fights

Wherever any of their body parts end up, stomp a piece of their body. They only drop stuff when you stomp ;)
