Welcome. Yes it's PVC pipe. Length 2mts diameter 4 inches. You install it 1.5 ft on the ground using concrete. You add concrete inside the pipe until it fills. For the T structure, use twisted bars D-10/ Y-10. You drill the pipe about 1 inch to the top then cross the bars. You place a bike tyre on top of the bars. Then tie it firmly to the bars. That's it.
