i think i’m a wolf therian bc i’ve done this meditation about twice now and i get the same result each time. i’m in this bedroom with mahogany furniture, crystals, insects, plants, books, rugs, mirrors, lot of green and natural tones, blankets, etc and i have this window that kinda stick out from the house and u can sit in it (i forgot what they’re called) and i went over there and i saw a little clearing in the forest right in front of my room it had bees and butterflies and flowers and the forest had big big trees and the ground was covered in leaf litter and moss then behind my room there is a pile of rocks and a lake in the distance there are also mountains a way way away they look snow capped and it is slightly drizzling and the smell of fresh rain fills the room, i walk over to the mirror and see a black-dark grey wolf staring at me with piercing blue eyes and big paws, her coat looks recently cleaned and has a pink tongue and pink paw pads with a dark wet nose.. ik this is a lot and dont even attempt to count how many times i said ‘and’ in this but ya if any1 has any idea what type of wolf i could be please dont hesitate to tell me :3

I was a baby fox whos mom died from i guess a hunter. I ram off into the woods, and met a wolf. We were friends, then the hunters came again. We were running, and i got my foor trapped in a bearttap. Where did it come from? IDK-

I did it a few times now. I see a new wolf every time but I'm a wolfkin. My main feature I notice is my eyes. Their almost always green I did again tonight and it felt different. As if I 100% became the wolf I saw. Every other time it felt out of body and as if I was viewing her from afar and it would always be a less detailed wolf but this time she was extremely detailed and I felt as if I was in her body, when I moved she moved. This time she had yellowing eyes and brown fur with a dark almost black face, she had a mate with white fur I didn't see pups and the landscape changed. It was a jungle, a beautiful jungle. Tho I don't feel like she's my past but she is me from the future all most. As if I was born in the wrong body and so she will be my future life. I don't remember a past. But one thing I noted was how when I looked outside again I saw snow. It seemed similar to the jungle I saw but snowy and with less trees and more grass. And her mate seemed to be a white wolf, which I thought was odd as she seemed more earthy colours but then again I saw snow. Anyone else experienced the biome change?

The most real part i think was my hind paws and paw pads, i can still kinda feel them. I have a question though, for any that might read this comment, how real do your shifts feel? For me they are just that, phantomlike and not very solid, and im wondering how real other people feel them.

I failed abt half way through but I decided to listen and know what to do on my second attempt but after it I had chills and I felt uncomfortable as my human self. I'm abt to do it again to try and do it properly but we'll see.

I could feel a tail and I was raising it up and dropping it. I could kinda feel it brush behind my legs and I could touch it

My hands and feet where twitching constantly. As i imagined me (my first therotype an orange cat) on a balcony (yk like one of those lofi balconys) resting with a black cat (my other therotype), once i woke up i saw a light. And the light began getting bigger, and bigger, and bigger till' i could reach it. I put my paw out and stepped in. I came back to the senses of reality once i stepped in. It felt so real. Was that a shift...? Cuz, that was cool😅 Edit: i forgot to mention, HOW DID YOU DO THAT🤯. Also, this helped alot to get my first shift! Was this a strong shift? If i keep doing this will it get stronger? And this is the only therian hypnosis that has worked! Anyway thank you! Edit 2: I feel like i have ears and a tail.. But i don't own gear. Omg. I was a black and white domesticated cat walking around in a neighborhood and peoples backyards. It was autumn. One of the houses had an old mirror outside their house, and then i opened my eyes and i was curled up like a cat. IM SO HAPPY

I NEED MY PUPS I'm a wolf kin I couldn't stay by the mirror, I ran off to hunt a hare and brought it for my pups to eat, I counted 4. I ran out to the river stream outside our den. When I came back to the human world I didn't know who I was or where I was but at the same time I did and I ran all around the house on all fours looking for my pups. I took a stuffed animal into my mouth and threw it into a small corner behind the couch. Where are my pups I can't find them

Working on a guide to humanoids in folklore struggling to know what makes something fit under the fay umbrella. I have accepted that fairies and faeries are some groups that fit under them that have terminology under that, but all these creatures are called fay and then not considered fay. I've been trying to find out if I am a therian or not and when I tried this I thought "If I could be any kin type I think I would be a feline!" But surprisingly, during the meditation In the mirror I met a coyote of some sort, I was in my den and when I looked outside the only activity was a bird swooping down to catch some prey. I was in a very peaceful quiet forest. The only memories I saw so far was me as a coyote running through the forest, I had no packages but it felt so natural. Now I understand, when I was younger I got mad a lot, when I would get mad I would instinctively growl and roll on the ground. I think I may be a therian or otherkin but I'm not sure, can anyone help me figure it out? ❤

I went through a wooden door with a yellow handle, and ended up in a jungle. But strangely I was a light grey wolf with brown eyes.. What does this mean?

I'm pretty sure I am not therian but I think I could be otherhearted I'm not sure what a phantom shift feel like but I feel like I had something on top of my head and I felt like I had the (mostly) nose and snout of probably a cat

I’m still trying to figure out if I’m therian, but I believe I’m a calico cat, and idk if this was a shift or not but I could feel myself slowly shrinking from human to cat in the forest and could physically feel myself shrinking (even tho I wasn’t ofc) so I’m trying to do this to see if I’m therian or not or at least if it can help.
