Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott in Brooklyn, Ohio
Clean hotel with breakfast included. However, they have weak internet and the internet on the smart TV didn't work all 3 days we were there. It was reported and not followed up on. The pool is small, with a 5-person limit, and the salt water was cool.

Water spout over Lake Erie

Due to active weather, there was a small craft warning, and the beaches were closed with a water spout warning throughout the morning. we saw 6 spouts form, but none touched the water.

Visit the beautiful community of Port Dalhousie with us! We will go out on the pier, visit the snackbar before seeing the beach and the Charles I.D. Looff original handcarved carousel that was built from 1898 to 1905 and still in operation today for 5cents a ride.

Sucks the hottub was not working. I have noticed most of the hotels in Canada are removing them, which sucks as parents and business travellers like to relax in them!

They should make this place into an apartment complex, but keep the Gothic look And try to incorporate as much as you can of the old building into the new apartments that would be so awesome

They'll never do it correctly. Even short stay mental hospitals they don't care. They just warehouse you & do the bare minimum required. Most of the crap they do talk to you about isn't about proper treatment, it's just ways to pick apart things you say to keep you there longer or convince you to take meds you don't need. Even if you sign yourself in once your in, it's up to them to let you out.
