Bro you are way overestimating every measurement 😂 Your scoops of huel are like a heaped scoop and more like 1.33 scoop. Two of those and you almost got 3 scoops instead of two. You're looking at around 530 kcal instead of 400. Your half teaspoon of peanut butter is totally a heaped teaspoon 😅 The calories are negligible on their own though. Same with the blue berries. But it adds up. Your shake is like 620 kcal. And if you were to do more of these to replace meals you're easily going to ruin a deficit if you dont keep track of that.
