Mohamed Abdullahi Ogsadey is a respected businessman particularly known in the eastern part of the country. If he is not well known across the country, that is due to the low profile nature of his personality. Otherwise he could simply be the second richest person in the country when this piece was taped. As far as he is concerned, he was the first victim of the Ethio-Somalian border war of 1977.
