Power valves will be shaved off like them all do. Replace with steel ones and lube them with hi hemp grease when you rebuild.

I've just bought one myself that a guy couldn't get to run after full rebuild and restoration and he left it say for 5 years since I had my hand on it for all of an hour cleaned the carb and set all the jets to standard it fired straight up after that and runs like a dream it's a shame its currently supermoto through im trying to find some original wheels or some that with fit right on can anyone help

No, as mentioned in the video. Its the measured rear wheel power and the 85hp (stock) is the power at the clutch. Usually it's corrected but in that case we didn't. The correction usually lies somewhere in between 20-35% (depending on tires, chain, clutch...).

Actually you'll need a lot of luck finding parts (specially plastics). I even started building my own part for example with 3d printing.

@@francescolamesi Sorry, I wouldn't sell it. These bikes are my passion and I'm already working on another 125cc aprilia that could be even better (but probably not road legal) and these are all part of my collection (same as my SXVs).

Twin turbo doesn't mean there are two of these. It's a single one with two intakes...I think it was.

Well, the stock RS has got 15 hp, but with a basic mod (rave valve, exhaust, air filter and carb you can really get 28-30 hp at the wheel and probably around 32-35 at the crankshaft

As you see, it's an ETX in the video and it was measured with 29hp at the rear wheel. All you need is actually the Rave system with a new cylinder and a new exhaust (I also recommend the 34 VHSB carburetor).

That's an interesting question and hardly depending on your riding behaviour. I think it could be anything between 6-10l/100km. 😅 But to be honest I've never thought about it. It's not the kind of bike to save fuel. 😅

Das glaube ich nicht! Er wird dich dahin bringen wo die Motorleistung und das Getriebe es zulassen. Original liegt es glaube bei um die 220km/h.

Die Plastiks bekommt man eigentlich noch relativ häufig. Meine waren zB von einem Händler bei eBay.

Most parts are from the internet like eBay... Unfortunately they are hard to get as aprilia don't manufacture anything anymore. But some solutions are already made in the fan communities. I also recommend checking out some Facebook groups...

@Malamute Bikes i just got my no springs and oring full lot but lost my black casing with spring and red adjustment cap can you tell me if i just fit power valve in what rpm will it open at roughly also my blade was sticking it had scrape marks on the top and bottom of the blade its a new blade so i filled it down at it ok to alot of both sides on this new blade and last blade can you tell me what would have caused this to happen to my cylinder its oem no copy thanks sorry about long life story

@@T.T.G. Hi, the valve opens about at 6000 - 8500 rpm. You can ride it with out the adjustment but it's possible to lose/wreck the rest of it and you will obviously not be capable to adjust it to your needs. The blade sometimes sticks because of dirt (sometimes caused by the wrong mixture - to much grease which leads to sticking dirt) in that case I'll recommend a proper cleaning. Otherwise check the slide and the cylinder hole maybe there is something like scratches which cause the sticking. Because the system is so simple there are not much more possibilities.
