My elderly parents would be attending their dropbox appointment at Mumbai vac for their B1/B2 renewal, me and all the sibling are out of India at the moment. I filled their ds-160 and booked appointment but there's no one who can help them with getting that photo done (at local studio) exactly as per specifications. So it ok if they appear at Mumbai vac without hardcopy of photos and get it done inside (at urgent photo/xerox center) that you showed in this video ? we are absolutely ok with paying premium price for that. Hope they will allow them to enter the premises and don't turn them back from the gate itself for not having a photo.
