Which Timbrin axle did you go with? I’m considering the 3500 lb Axle-Less Trailer Suspension w/ 4” Lift SKU# ASR3500S06.
I went with the 1 tonne suspension with no lift or drop, I am hoping my weight comes in under 2k pounds! Thinking back on it, might have gone with 3500lb to be safe but you don't want to have a huge gap between load cap and actual load
Is the wiring for it hard to do? Bought a small trailer to convert into a camper trailer but feel like the wiring is a complicated.
Not too bad so far! the trailer wiring wasn't too difficult, but I did need help with the inside wiring from my electrician friend.
I’m building a base cabinet that with hold my Iceco fridge. I have heavy duty drawer slides. Did you use 3/4” plywood for the structure and 1/2” for the face? Also, 3/4” plywood for drawer sides? Thanks for sharing the video. Well done. It sure is easier when you have help.
I used 1/2" for everything, since I used 1/2" I had to make sure to get some nice fat screws (#10 at least) that were 5/8" long to attach the slides to the wall and the drawer. If I was going to do it again, I would use 3/4" for the drawer sides and the supports, but it seems very strong! Yes, so much easier when I can get some help over for sure!
Nice! I like the galley style kitchen with the fridge on the right and the stove on the left. …I assume there will be a sink in the middle? (Gravity fed from a jug in the center cabinet?) Not to mention: you have an oven! :)
I won't be putting in a sink for this build, I am too scared of mold and rot to have running water in this big wooden box hahaha. I did get the idea of cooler/stove in these positions from some other builds, glad I did because I love how it looks!

Technically yes, compared to the before, it would be 2 1/4" less room inside.
I just came across your build. It’s looking good so far. I’m looking at doing a similar project. Where did you find 5x10 plywood
I called 6 different lumberyards within 100 miles of me, and only one had a supplier that had 5x10. You can do it with 4x8 but it's a lot more work. Welcome to the channel!
Helpful and informative videos but I'm struggling to hear your voice as the music is just a bit too loud. Background music should be just that, background. 😢 Great job though, mistakes and all.

back in '84 I worked with the army corps of engineers building temporary shelters for natural disasters, me and my buddies had a code word for when we wanted to get lunch; we'd say "hey tim, want to put up the sandwich walls?" good times with those guys... tim has osteoporosis now
