I'm not sure the coffee is the problem. You should get your thryoid checked because hair loss and weight gain are symptoms of low thyroid !

hai haji! i remember in previous videos you complained about your hair, primarily the lack of volume and how "thin" it looks. i have the same haircut and hair type as you (flat, long fine hair with baby bangs) and i recommend getting "styling powder"/"texturizing powder"!! it will add volume to your hair and make it appear thicker! u just sprinkle it on ur scalp and rub it in!! also, getting a trim on your ends (1 or 2 inches) will release some weight from your hair and therefore make your hair look less "flat" as well! your ends will look healthier and less frizzy too ^_^
