I have spastic paraplegia spg4 and a non responsive celiac disease with chrinic gastritis and macrocytic anemia. My condition improved after 7 years of a really strict gf diet, lactose free, cereal free and augsr free diet. Whenever I got contaminated with gluten my reaction was with severe herpes outbreaks. Since celiac disease share in some cases the same Ms mhc2/1 , how do you know if your disease behind celic disease was Ms or GBS ? Does the lumbar puncture is the best exam ? I took an Mri scan without contrast and it showed no sign of atrophy (This is the issue with hereditary spastic paraplegia) Are the gamma delta t cell involved also ? Which interleukins are involved with Ms and GBS ?

Please do that, you don't have to suffer so much !!!!! Hello! I wish everyone who suffers from this disease a speedy recovery and pass on my experience. I start with the words: "Tell me what you eat and I will tell you what you are suffering from." When this disease became active in me, I did the following: In the morning: An omega-3 vitamin capsule with vitamin E, this helps the body keep hydrated glands that make fluids. Follow a vegan diet in which you also avoid gluten, glutamate, refined sugars, and dairy products. There are already excellent and delicious recipes on UA-cam, e.g. vegan fried eggs, vegan mayonnaise, vegan ham, etc. that we can prepare ourselves. It's important to take kefir, which can be made with soy milk or coconut milk. This regenerates the intestinal flora and prevents constipation and thus the storage of toxins. Drink at least 8 glasses of water with a few drops of lemon each during the day. Avoid chile and irritants, "lots" of onions or garlic and cabbage, as they bloat the stomach.
